Terms and Conditions

All affiliated Names: Naomi Mailhot, a/o Naomi Mailhot Psychic Medium, Spiritual Guide, & Spiritual Advisor, a/o Sage Rising Wellness a/o Naomi Mailhot Life Coach

Products/Services and Sessions and/or “The Services”: Psychic Medium Readings, Energy Healings/Tunings, Spiritual/Transformational/Empowerment/Life Coaching, and all Workshops/Classes, Retreats and Teachings affiliated with; and All Products & Services Naomi Mailhot, a/o Naomi Mailhot Psychic Medium, Spiritual Guide, & Spiritual Advisor, a/o Sage Rising Wellness a/o Naomi Mailhot Life Coach, offers and embodies; this includes all websites and products affiliated.

All terms of this agreement must be accepted prior to Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document) conducting a reading, healing, coaching, any service, or workshop/retreat/class at any place of residence or by any form of communication such as email, skype, facetime, Facebook messenger, zoom, online platform or in person. In this agreement the term “She/her” or just the name Naomi refers to all of whom and what Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  represents in her business such as Spiritual Guide and Medium, Psychic Medium, Empowerment Coach, Energy healer and Spiritual & Life Coach. The “Services” represent all the services offered by her and her business under all names she possesses and embodies legally and spiritually.

Must be 19 years of age or older, or 14+ and accompanied by parent/legal guardian and sign written consent.

By agreeing to receive or attend any psychic reading, a psychic service, message, spiritual guidance, coaching, healing, information and/or reading or support of any kind (the “Services”) from Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  , services, and product affiliated, it is understood that The Services provided are to be used at your discretion. The Services provided, whether given in a message, reading, class, coaching workshop, or any other form, do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice and represent another avenue of wisdom, motivation and or inspiration and are not intended to be a substitute for specific professional care and or advice. Naomi Mailhot (a/o all names, services, product affiliated) does not claim to diagnose, prescribe treatment for, or cure any health condition.

The Services are subject to the recipient’s interpretation. Choices and/or actions based on the Services, or the content thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)   will not offer any Services to any person who is under 19 years of age without having received written consent from such person’s parent or legal guardian.

Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  makes no guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the Services provided. Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  does not assume, and the undersigned hereby releases and discharges Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or Services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)   are not responsible for travel costs (such as but not limited to, airfare, car rental and accommodation) or reimbursement of costs in the event an event or private session is cancelled or rescheduled.

During events Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document) you may be filmed, photographed, or recorded and may appear in any media format or promotion and/or publicity.

Refund policy:

REFUND/CANCELATION/MISSED SESSION POLICY

 

IMPORTANT** you will not be contacted to remind you of your session Please write it down or put it in your schedule. If you miss the time start and you will get whatever time is remaining at that point within your sessions time frame booking. I do not contact for missed sessions. 

 

Please use email only to contact me to change/ask or receive info on your session. 

 

You are responsible for making sure you are set up for this session – it begins at exact time scheduled.  Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document) is not responsible for notifying you, or converting  time zones.

 

  • If youcancel or need to change your date  with 48 hours notice 1) You will receive a reschedule to a new date or  2)You can receive a credit on file for the amount paid. This must be used by the end of the year it was purchased. 

 

  • If you miss your session there is an additional fee of $50 to rebook if you choose to. No refunds or reschedules are given for MISSED SESSIONS. 

 

  • If Spiritual Guide & Medium Naomi Mailhot and/ or Naomi Mailhot is to cancel for any reason, or has a booking error, you will receive a full money refund or the option to reschedule to her next available date and time.

 

No refunds are given for missed sessions. Please make note of your date and time and understand Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  is not responsible for notifying you or converting time zones. You are responsible for showing up for your session at the time (in the Time Zone indicated by Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  and the date of the session.

If Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)   is to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to her next available date and time. Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  understands time is precious and that cancelling your session also is an inconvenience to you, so you will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

During/After a Session

At the time of the session, Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  will not allow for recording to take place without permission from herself and at her discretion. Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  also asks for your agreement that you have contacted her as a Psychic Medium, Spiritual Guide or Life Coach and in no way does she replace any type of medical, legal, or specific  professional help you should seek. What you do with your reading is at your discretion, Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  is in no way a replacement for your common sense and responsibility to your life, limb, wellness, or wellbeing.

If you wish to book in again for another reading session, please allow 6-8 weeks between each. Use your common sense and intuition to judge when you need another reading or coaching, services are to help guide you in healing and connection and not to be used as an addiction.

Life Coaching/Spiritual Coaching

Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document)  has received professional training with a certificate for coaching by Rhodes Wellness College (Life Coaching will have a separate agreement form as well) she also has a background of healing her life and uses her widespread knowledge and wisdom to guide and transform lives. As a fellow human being who has come from rock bottom to where she is now, she teaches how to live life authentically and with truth as you heal and transform your mind, body, soul, and spirit. As a spiritual guide and medium she has over 10 years experience in this field.
