Terms and Policies

For Sessions & Services with – All Affiliated Names: Naomi Mailhot, and/or Naomi Mailhot Psychic Medium, Spiritual Guide, & Spiritual Advisor, and/or Sage Rising Wellness, and/or Naomi Mailhot Alignment Life Coach. This includes all Products/Services and Sessions (The Services): Psychic Medium Readings, Energy Healings/Tunings, Spiritual/Transformational/Empowerment/Inner Alchemy Life Coaching, and all Workshops/Classes, Retreats, and Teachings affiliated with Naomi Mailhot. This policy applies to all websites, social media platforms, and products/services affiliated with Naomi Mailhot and all affiliated names mentioned above and any not that are not.

Naomi is a transformational psychic medium, spiritual guide, and coach. Her services are intended solely for purposes of healing, personal empowerment, self-awareness, and spiritual connection. These services are not to be used to cause harm, manipulate or mislead others, make definitive predictions of future events, or engage in any form of mischief, coercion, or unethical activity. Clients agree to use all guidance, insights, and teachings responsibly and with respect for themselves and others.

Booking and Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of scheduling to secure your chosen date and time. Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Minors under 18 may participate only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with express consent.

Mental and Emotional Stability

By booking a session, clients affirm that they are mentally and emotionally stable and capable of handling the information or guidance provided. Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care and are not suitable for individuals experiencing severe mental health challenges.

Session Location and Format

Sessions are conducted in one of the following formats: In-Home Sessions (held at Naomi Mailhot’s residence or at the client’s location, subject to arrangement) or Online Sessions (conducted via Zoom or FaceTime, depending on the client’s preference). No audio or video recordings of sessions are permitted. Clients may take personal notes during the session for their reference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided for cancellations made one week (14 days) or more before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the session; however, clients will receive an option to reschedule or receive a credit on file for future bookings. For same-day cancellations or missed sessions, no refund will be provided. You can secure a new session date by paying a $100 rebooking fee. If you miss your scheduled session without providing notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be offered. A new booking at full price is required.

Client Responsibility for Session Times

Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled session dates and times. No reminders or notifications will be sent. It is advised that clients make a note of their booking upon confirmation to avoid missed sessions.

Liability Disclaimer

Services provided by Naomi Mailhot are intended for spiritual growth, empowerment, and personal development. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are mentally and emotionally prepared for spiritual or transformative sessions. Any emotional response or impact is the client’s responsibility, and additional support should be sought from licensed professionals if needed. Psychic and mediumship services are subject to individual interpretation, and clients are responsible for how they interpret and apply the information received during sessions, including any decisions made based on this information.

If sessions are held at the client’s residence, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Naomi Mailhot is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries occurring at the client’s location. Naomi Mailhot and associated businesses are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, injuries, or consequences resulting from the use of information provided in any service, including but not limited to emotional or psychological impacts, actions taken based on guidance, or outcomes from coaching sessions.

Confidentiality Policy

All client information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. This includes any personal details, stories, experiences, or insights received during readings, coaching, or mediumship. Any information collected for booking purposes is securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Code of Conduct

All sessions, readings, and courses are held in a space of respect, openness, and professionalism. Harassment or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund. By booking a service, clients agree to engage respectfully and cooperatively in their sessions.

Emergency and Crisis Situations

The services offered by Naomi Mailhot are not suitable for emergency situations or severe psychological crises. Clients experiencing such situations are strongly advised to contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional. For emergencies, please dial 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

If Naomi Mailhot identifies that a client is in a state of crisis or experiencing severe mental health challenges, she reserves the right to notify the appropriate authorities to ensure the client receives the necessary support and care.

Changes to Terms and Policies

Naomi Mailhot reserves the right to update or amend these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website, and clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

LIABILITY WAIVER

In consideration of the Services and Products provided by Naomi Mailhot (and/or Sage Rising Wellness, and/or Spiritual Guide & Medium Naomi Mailhot, and/or Naomi Mailhot Aligned Living Life Coach, and all names associated with Naomi Mailhot), the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Acknowledgment of Skills

The Client acknowledges that Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document) possesses skills and knowledge acquired through formal training and certification from Rhodes Wellness College. Additionally, Naomi has over 10 years of experience as a Psychic Medium and Spiritual Guide, having trained herself and developed her innate abilities from birth. She continuously strengthens and refines these abilities through personal development, experience, and ongoing practice. Naomi’s background also includes life skills, personal experience, knowledge, and wisdom, particularly in areas such as meditation, mindfulness, trauma healing, addictions, personal growth, spirituality, and emotional wellness.

Disclaimer Regarding Professional Advice

The services provided by Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document) are not a substitute for professional advice or services that a client may require. Clients acknowledge and agree that:

• Medical Disclaimer: The services offered are not a replacement for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from qualified healthcare professionals. Always consult a licensed medical provider for any health-related concerns, treatments, or conditions.
• Psychological Disclaimer: The services provided do not replace counseling, therapy, or other psychological or psychiatric care. Clients experiencing severe emotional distress or mental health conditions should seek guidance from licensed mental health professionals.
• Financial Disclaimer: The services provided do not include or replace professional financial advice, planning, or investment services. Any financial decisions are solely the client’s responsibility, and they should consult with a licensed financial advisor or planner when needed.
• Legal Disclaimer: The services provided are not a replacement for professional legal advice. For any legal matters, clients should consult with a licensed attorney.

The insights, guidance, or information received during sessions are intended for spiritual growth, empowerment, and personal development purposes only. Any action taken based on the services is the sole responsibility of the client. Naomi Mailhot and her affiliated entities are not liable for any consequences resulting from the client’s interpretation or application of the services.

Client Responsibility

The Client assumes full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being and the suitability of receiving spiritual guidance, mentorship, and/or coaching services from Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document). The Client agrees to seek appropriate treatment and diagnosis from qualified medical professionals when needed. The Client acknowledges that engaging in the services provided is entirely voluntary and understands that the results or outcomes may vary based on their personal situation and circumstances.

Waiver of Claims

The Client hereby fully and irrevocably releases and waives any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and damages against Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document) arising from the Client’s participation in, or reliance upon, the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, breach of contract, physical injury, emotional distress, or psychological harm. This waiver extends to all claims whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Release of Associates

The Client further releases and discharges all partners, associates, instructors, employees, or other individuals involved in the delivery of spiritual guidance, mentorship, and coaching services by Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document), from any and all claims for damages or loss, including claims arising vicariously through their association with Naomi Mailhot and her services.

Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges that engaging in spiritual guidance, mentorship, and/or coaching inherently involves certain risks, including but not limited to emotional responses, spiritual experiences, or uncovering deep personal issues. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks related to their participation and engagement in these services.

Supplemental Waiver

The Client understands and agrees that this waiver supplements any other agreements, contracts, or forms executed between the Client and Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document). This waiver remains enforceable as an independent and severable provision, even if signed in addition to other contractual documents.

Confidentiality

All information provided by the Client to Naomi Mailhot (and/or all affiliated names included in this document), whether shared verbally, electronically, in writing, or through any other form of communication, shall be held in the strictest confidence. This confidentiality obligation extends beyond the termination of the relationship for any of the services provided and survives the cessation of services indefinitely.

Ethics and Standards
The Coach acknowledges the ethics and standards established by the educational and certification programs completed. This includes a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical practices in all coaching interactions. The Coach utilizes all skills and educational tools acquired as a certified life coach and adheres to the established Code of Ethics for life coaches.

Role of the Coach
The Coach is not a therapist, counsellor or medical advisor and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical or psychological advice. Instead, the Coach is a qualified and highly skilled life coach and spiritual guide and medium with over ten years of experience plus life expereince and healing done by the coach in her own journey.

Coaching Approach
These coaching sessions are unconventional, focusing on inner alchemy, soul guidance, energy expansion, and vibrational alignment. The Coach works with clients to explore their beliefs, thoughts, and intuition, helping them connect with their inner guide. The approach taken is holistic and transformative, aimed at empowering clients to achieve alignment and expansion in all areas of their lives.

Certification and Qualifications
While the Coach is not certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), they hold a life coaching diploma and are recognized as a qualified and certified life coach. The unique blend of spiritual guidance and coaching creates a distinct experience tailored to each client’s journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

1. Client’s Responsibilities:

The Client is solely responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from or related to the coaching relationship and interactions with the Coach. The Client agrees that the Coach is not liable for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect results of any services provided by the Coach. The Client understands that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed. Coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. The Client acknowledges that the Coach’s services are based on the spiritual, conscious, and energetic aspects of the Client’s inner power and self. The Client understands that all of the Coach’s skills and abilities will be used as stated in part a. Additionally, the Client recognizes that the Coach is not certified by the ICF but is a qualified and certified life coach. The client also acknowledges and understands all of part a and the spiritual aspect of these coaching sessions.
