4 Wisdoms To Guide You

1. The Universe illuminates the path and guides you in the direction of growth and success.

The Universe has a plan, it always does. Although that sometimes can be hard to believe especially when you go through some stuff that you know you didn’t deserve right? It is important not to categorize your challenges or situations into what you did or didn’t deserve and instead look at everything as growth and expansion. If certain things did not happen you would not have learned what you did. The Universe knows you better than you know yourself and trusts that you can be the best version of yourself through it all. You are always guided to your success.

What you seek is also seeking you, push aside your distractions and fears created by the ego and allow yourself to open up to the guidance of the Universe. In your current situation, what have you learned that has helped you see a truth or hear your hearts song?

The Universe is guiding you to trust your inner voice and intuition and allow for your chattering mind to tune into this higher perspective so you can hear your answers and solutions.

2. Peace happens when you choose to stay calm and focused on using your inner power to guide you.

Peace is something you can create no matter where you are in life or what you going through. Peace can begin now and it takes only a few deep breaths in and out, to recalibrate you energy. This allows you the time and space to create balance and calm so you can choose a new direction for your thoughts and emotion to flow.

Your heart desires to see justice for all and you are being called to do your healing first, take each day as a chance to heal what comes forward and as you do this you are able to give more, be more, and create more peace, not only in your life, but in everything that comes into contact with you.

Let go of any old stories you may be telling yourself about a situation, especially stories about unworthiness, resentment, hurt and anger. Allow peace to come in the form of self-love, empowerment, and faith. Restore your connection to peace by allowing yourself the chance to let go, move on, rebuild, forgive, and empower

3. Abundance is a direct reflection of your inner light, as you shine, your abundance grows.

You are so much more than just your thoughts and feelings, you are a unique individual with a desire to shine you light upon life and it is your birth given right to do so. You are allowed to give yourself permission to shine; to go after your dreams and desires to the fullest extent of your light.

Be authentic and down to earth, show yourself what you are made of. Allow your light to guide you more and more each day into what you love and care about. By allowing yourself to shine you ultimately create the flow of abundance into your life. Abundance is supported by the energy of love, compassion, joy and passion; to receive abundance is to become empowered by who you are.

Replenish your goals and visions by revising or creating a plan of action that helps your success grow. Allow yourself to create a plan that aligns you with your goals and desires but also allows for time and patience to play a part in the creation. You are on the right path when you follow your authenticity and truth, abundance flows freely on this path.

4. When you give yourself permission to care about what you value in life, you are able to set healthy boundaries that nourish and empower.

A healthy boundary is made up of the decisions/choices you make to ensure you are mentally and emotionally supported in all areas of life. Healthy boundaries can be created for personal space, relationships, politics, goals, negative self traits and more. A healthy boundary helps you to stay present and aware of who you need to be, what you need to do, and where/how you will direct yourself. Healthy boundaries allow you to create a better relationship with yourself,  self-esteem and wellbeing.

Look at where you are, or where you are not with certain relationships, goals, or situations. Is there a healthy boundary that needs to be set such as a priority that comes first? Does a relationship need some space or time to breathe? Do you need more motivation and focus for your goals? Is there some negative self-talk you need to address? Perhaps you need to set a boundary with what you will allow, or, won’t allow, into your life on a personal level, especially when it comes to your health and wellness.

How do you set a healthy boundary?

  1. Determine your “rights” to your health and wellness
  2. Trust your intuition and honor your feelings.
  3. Review all motives including yours and others.
  4. Know what you value and be accountable for this.
  5. Honor where others are, understand that not everyone comes from the same perspective or heart as you. Do not use this though to make excuses.
  6. Use love, knowledge and wisdom to guide you..
